Partner Rowing MURPH(Time, Rx+, Int) Rx (As Prescribed) In Teams of 2 for time, complete: Row, 2000m 100 Pull-ups 200 Push-ups 300 Air Squats Row, 2000m Complete 'Chipper' style... All reps must be completed before moving onto the next movement. Each partner completes half of the total rep volume. Partners can divide reps however they wish. ---------- Rx2 (Intermediate) -Same Reps -Assisted Pull-ups / Ring Rows -Knee OR Elevated Push-ups ---------- Rx+ (Advanced) Complete Rx standards while wearing a 14#/20# weight vest.
