3 Wall Walks
6 Inverted Burpees
9 Jumping Alternating Lunges

Rx2 Scales:
Wall Walk => 45 degree angle => 20-30 Shoulder Taps
Inverted Burpee => Hand assisted => without Handstand (See Video)
Jumping Lunge => Reverse Lunge

3 Things:
- Wall walks will be the most taxing here. Give yourself some rest in between each (5-10 sec) and do your best to stick with it. 3 reps doesn’t seem like a lot, but they’ll add up.
- Inverted Burpee. This a brand new movement for most of you, so scale appropriately and just have fun with them.
- Goal: sub 12 mins
