Murph Prep 3.1 - Volume Day (Check In) - Kipping Pull-ups: 6 x Week 1 Average + 1 Rep - Push-ups: 6 x Week 1 Average + 1 Rep - Air Squats: 6 x Week 1 Average + 1 Rep Rest 0:30 between sets. ---------- This weeks you are doing your average reps from week 1 PLUS 1 rep. So let's say you did 60 pull-ups over 6 sets, this week you will do 11 pull-ups each set. Because average from week one was 10 and then we add one. Do this for each movement. Do all sets of pull-ups before progressing onto the push-ups.
