AMRAP 15x2 - Row+Box Jump+TTB(Time) PERFORMANCE For 2 cycles: AMRAP in 15 mins of: Row, 500 m 20 Box Jumps, 24/20 in 12 Toes-to-bars Rest 5 mins between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP. FITNESS For 2 cycles: AMRAP in 15 mins of: Row, 500 m 20 Box Jumps, pick height 12 TTB Scale box height and toes to bar as needed. Substitute TTB with your choice of hanging knee raise, v-up, hollow leg Lifts, or AbMat sit-ups. Rest 5 mins between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
