So let's say you did 60 pull-ups over 6 sets, this week you will do 7 pull-ups each set. Because 75% of your average (10 reps) is 7.5 and we are rounding down to 7. Do this for each movement. Do all sets of pull-ups before progressing onto the push-ups. |
