FT-AltRev Lunges-Hollow Rocks-Pike Push-ups(Time, Int) Rx (As Prescribed) For Time: 80 Alternating Reverse Lunges 40 Hollow Rocks 20 Pike Push-ups ---Rest 2 Mins--- 20 Pike Push-ups 40 Hollow Rocks 80 Alternating Reverse Lunges ---------- Rx2 (Scaling Options) REPS: 60 Alternating Reverse Lunges 30 Hollow Rocks 10 Pike Push-ups MOVEMENTS: Hollow Rocks ➡️ Hollow Hold, 40 seconds Pike Push-ups ➡️ Deficit Push-ups ➡️ Hand-Release Push-ups ---------- 3 THINGS: -Worry less about the clock for majority of this wod. Move steadily through the alternating reverse lunge reps with minimal resting, but prioritize movement quality for the hollow rocks and pike push-ups over speed. -Utilize the above scaling options if you aren't able to maintain good positions. The pike push-ups can be completed with feet elevated to increase the difficulty. -Use the final 80 alternating reverse lunges as a short does of intensity for the day by completing them as quickly as possible.
