3 THINGS:
-Worry less about the clock for majority of this wod. Move steadily through the alternating reverse lunge reps with minimal resting, but prioritize movement quality for the hollow rocks and pike push-ups over speed.
-Utilize the above scaling options if you aren't able to maintain good positions. The pike push-ups can be completed with feet elevated to increase the difficulty.
-Use the final 80 alternating reverse lunges as a short does of intensity for the day by completing them as quickly as possible.
