AMRAP20-Broad Jumps-Bear Crawls-Mtn Climbers(Rounds, Int) Rx (As Prescribed) Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 10 Broad Jumps 20' Bear Crawl 30 Mountain Climbers --------- Rx2 (Scaling Options) Broad Jumps (max distance) ➡️ Vertical Jumps Bear Crawl ➡️ Shoulder Taps Mountain Climbers ➡️ Sit-Ups or Reverse Crunches ---------- 3 THINGS: -Going LONG today. Throw on some music and find your groove. Pick a pace and maintain it. Throwing in some 'odd' movements today. Have some fun with them. Every now and then it's nice to mix in things we don't normally do. -Space/Logistics: The broad jumps should be 'Max Effort.' Jump as far as you can. You have to go back and forth several times depending on space. If you are unable to broad jump for some reason, do vertical jumps as high as you can. -Aim for lots of rounds! The skill level is relatively low here.
