AMRAP 7 - Kneeling Jump-ups and HSPU(Rounds, Int) Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of: 10 Kneeling Jump-ups 10 Handstand Push-ups ---------- Rx2 Scaling Options: Kneeling Jump-ups => Kneeling Step-ups HSPU => Pike HSPU => Push-up 10 reps => 5 reps ---------- 3 Things: - Shorter workout today. We’re looking for constant movement. If you get held up on either of these 2 movements, consider scaling the reps. I want things to get difficult, but not until the back half of the workout. -Kneeling jump ups are new to this track. Make sure you practice those a bit before the workout. They become very difficult when fatigued. -HSPU strategy. Go unbroken for as long as possible or strategize from the get go. Pick based on how you feel. If breaking things up for strategy, the sets should be small enough, and the rest periods short enough, that you can still get through 10 reps pretty quickly.
