Run 3x 800m(Time, Int) Each for time: Run: 3x 800 m Rest 2 mins between efforts. ---------- Scaling Options: 30-50 Burpees ---------- 3 Things: - You’re probably pretty sore from yesterday. Getting outside and doing some running today. Depending on how sore you feel, this might also be a good workout to get moving again and to flush out some of the soreness. - We did similar intervals last week, but we’re going longer today with one less effort and the same amount of rest. Use your splits from those 400m efforts to gauge what you should be getting today. The splits for your 800m efforts should be a bit slower. - As always with run repeats, try to stay consistent with your efforts. See if you can stay within 5-10 sec of your fastest effort. If your drop off is more than that, consider reducing your initial efforts next time.
