Murph Prep 1.3 - Oxidative Conditioning Day (Check In) 2 x 10:00 run (no vests) These should be MAX effort. If you can talk you're running too slow. If it's raining ask your self 'would Murph complain about running in the rain?' Based on your answer a sub would be 2 x 10:00 on another steady state machine (Row, Ski, Bike, Burpees). Walk for 10:00 between the 2 efforts.
