1) Run 1 Mile at an easy pace OR Max Distance in 10 minutes, whichever comes first. *Wear a weight vest if you want*

2) Base Volume: AMRAP 6' @ 50% Effort w/ Empty Bar or PVC Pipe

5 Snatch Grip RDL
5 Snatch High Pulls
5 Muscle Snatch
5 Overhead Squats

*Set bar down for a few seconds between rounds to avoid grip fatigue.*
