OSC 1(Check In) Optional Sunday Conditioning 50 Air Squats 40 Sit-ups 30 Alternating Lunges 20 KBS @ 53/35 10 Wall Walks 20 KBS 30 Alternating Lunges 40 Sit-ups 50 Air Squats *Complete 10 Burpees between each movement. Ex: 50 Squats, then 10 burpees, 40 lunges, then 10 burpees, etc... Swing something else that's heavy if you don't have a Kettlebell, or substitute with a bodyweight goodmorning. Substitute wall walks with Inchworm pushups.
