Lunges-Pullups-DB Shoulder Press(Weight, Rx+, Int, Beg) 5 attempts at each of the following: Walking Lunge 100 ft. in as few steps as possible 3 pull-ups as slow as possible Max set of strict DB shoulder press (35/50) Rest as needed between attempts. Post lowest number of lunges, longest pull-up time, and reps of DB shoulder presses. ---------- Rx2 (Intermediate) •25/40# •Toe or Box Assisted Pull-ups if needed. ---------- Rx3 (Beginner) •20/35# •Ring Rows ---------- Rx+ •Strict Handstand Pushups in place of DB shoulder press.
