*GRAB A DECK OF PLAYING CARDS*

Shuffle up the deck. Flip the top card. The number on the card is how many reps you must complete.

Hearts = H-R Push-ups OR Sheet Rows/Inverted Table Rows
Diamonds = Sit-ups OR Toes 2 Couch
Clubs = Air Squats
Spades = Burpees OR 3x Jumping Jacks

Jacks = 11 reps
Queens = 12 reps
Kings = 13 reps
Aces = 14 reps
