Hearts = H-R Push-ups OR Sheet Rows/Inverted Table Rows Diamonds = Sit-ups OR Toes 2 Couch Clubs = Air Squats Spades = Burpees OR 3x Jumping Jacks Jacks = 11 reps Queens = 12 reps Kings = 13 reps Aces = 14 reps ------------ Rx2 (SCALED) -Modified Burpees (Up-Downs, Get-Down-Get-Ups) ------------ Rx+ (Advanced) -Go through the deck TWICE.
