Run 1x 30 mins(Distance, Int) Rx (As Prescribed) FOR DISTANCE: Run: 1x 30 mins ---------- Rx2 (Scaling) Run ➡️ Jog ➡️ Walk Use a treadmill or elliptical as a LAST RESORT. ---------- 3 Things: -Get Outside! -Intensity: low to moderate. Make this an 'active recovery' of sorts. The goal is to move for the full 30 minutes without stopping. If you have to walk to do that, it's ok! -Get in a solid dynamic & static warm-up before starting. Fight the urge to start this cold.
