Each Partner completes all of the prescribed rounds and reps.

While Partner A works, Partner B rests.

Partners do NOT need to use the same loading for the squats.

Once Partner A completes all of their Rounds of Squats, Partner B can change the weight to the loading they will use and prepare for their start.

As soon as Partner A finishes ALL of their prescribed work, Partner B can begin.

Once both partners complete all prescribed work for the section, they can advance onto the next section.
