EMOM 6 - Strict Pull-Ups (Time) Every Minute On The Minute for 6 Minutes, complete: 2-3 Strict Pull-Ups *Use band assistance if needed. Use as little assistance as possible to get your chin over the bar for 2-3 reps. Scale to 1-2 reps if needed. Slow and controlled on the negative portion of each rep.
