220518 - Push Jerk 5x3 (Weight) Push jerk 3-3-3-3-3 reps Post loads to app. Scaling: Newer athletes may benefit from practicing progressions to understand the timing of the movement. Ideally, each set will be as heavy as possible for 3 reps, but newer athletes should start light and slowly add weight as they are comfortable. Beginner Option: 10 minutes of push jerk progression practice. Push press 3-3-3-1-1

6 RFT-DB Snatch+Goblet Squat+Half Burpee+DB Hops (Time) 6 Rounds For Time 10 DB Snatch (per side) 10 Goblet Squats 10 Half Burpees 10 DB Hops Complete all rounds and reps as fast as possible. Scaling: Reduce loading to keep intensity high. Consider substituting DB Snatches with DB Ground-2-Overhead if needed. Perform Goblet squats to a target to hit proper depth. Elevate hands on Half Burpees if needed. Perform DB step-overs if unable to hop. Rx: 50/35# Int: 40/30# Beg: 20/10#
