Festivus Games - Spring 2022 - WOD 1 (Check In) *REMEMBER TO TRACK YOUR SCORES IN THE APP TO TRACK PROGRESS* With a 5-Minute Running Clock - Buy-in 50 Russian Kettlebell Swings Remainder of 5-Minute Round AMRAP - 4 Chin-Over-Bar Pull-ups* -OR- 8 Ring Rows - 8 burpee box overs The athlete will buy-in with 50 Russian KB swings. Once the swings are completed the AMRAP begins for the remaining time. KB Variations: - Intermediates: M–53# / F-35# - Novice/Masters: M–35# / F–26# *We will perform this WOD twice during class with a 5 minute break between AMRAPs.
