Weighted Pull-Ups 5x5 (Weight) Weighted Pull-Ups 5-5-5-5-5 Rest 1:00 between sets. Rx: If you can complete 5 strict bodyweight Pull-ups with good form, add loading with a vest or dumbbell. Int: If you can complete 5 strict bodyweight Pull-ups, but it's challenging to do while maintaining good form, work on just bodyweight today. Beg: If you cannot complete a bodyweight Strict Pull-up, add band assistance. Use as little assistance as needed to complete 5 challenging unbroken reps.
